Conditions of participation in the competition: \u201cCook, share, win dinner\u201d<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. Miele AG, Spreitenbach, is the organiser of the competition \u201cCook, share, win dinner\u201d. By taking part in the competition (i.e. by completing the competition form on the microsite www.mielemc.ch), the participant accepts the following conditions of participation: \u201cCook, share, win dinner\u201d. <\/p>\n

2. Persons over the age of 18 who are legally resident in Switzerland are permitted to take part.<\/p>\n

3. Participation is free of charge and not tied to any commitment. Employees of Miele AG and their direct relatives are excluded from participation. In addition, competition clubs, automated services and other professionalised\/commercial participants are not permitted to take part. <\/p>\n

4. Participants take part in the competition by submitting the competition form via the microsite \u201cwww.mielemc.ch\u201d.<\/p>\n

Each person can take part in the prize draw a maximum of once. If multiple entries are submitted, the participant will only be taken into account once in the prize draw. <\/p>\n

5. The participant agrees that if they should win the competition, Miele may share and therefore publish their name as one of the winners.<\/p>\n

6. The winners will be chosen at random from all participants. This decision is final and cannot be contested. <\/p>\n

7. Five winners will be drawn, each of whom will receive two tickets for a dinner on 17 December 2024. The closing date for entries is 6:00 pm on 8 December. <\/p>\n

8. Entries that violate Meta’s guidelines or Swiss law, in particular copyright or personal rights, or that are otherwise unlawful or immoral in nature will automatically result in the sender being excluded from the prize draw. Likewise, any kind of manipulation will result in exclusion from the prize draw. The organiser\u2019s decision is final and cannot be contested. <\/p>\n

9. The winners will be informed by e-mail after the closing date. If a winner does not respond within 24 hours of being notified of the prize, their claim to the prize will lapse, and Miele will be entitled to choose a replacement winner. The prize is not transferable to other persons. <\/p>\n

10. All information provided by Miele in connection with this competition is given in good faith. Any liability for incorrect or technical statements is excluded. Claims for damages in connection with this competition are expressly excluded. <\/p>\n

11. Miele AG reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition if they violate the conditions of participation in the competition. Likewise, any kind of manipulation, for example by automatic scripts, hacker tools, Trojans or viruses, will result in exclusion from the competition. Furthermore, untruthful personal details and the use of fake profiles can lead to exclusion. In such cases, the prize may be withdrawn and\/or reclaimed. The organiser\u2019s decision is final and cannot be contested. <\/p>\n

12. Participants\u2019 data will only be recorded to establish their definitive participation in the prize draw and to select the winners. This data will not be stored, used for advertising or other marketing purposes or passed on to third parties. <\/p>\n

13. This competition is organised independently by Miele Switzerland and is completely separate from Instagram. Instagram is not available for any enquiries in connection with this competition. Likewise, no claims whatsoever can be asserted against Instagram in relation to this competition. <\/p>\n

14. Legal recourse, cash payment and assignment of the prize are excluded. The competition is subject to Swiss law. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
