Nenad Mlinarevic has been working in top-class gastronomy for over 20 years. During this time, he has made a lasting impression on the industry with his uncompromising passion for cooking. As \u201cChef of the Year\u201d, he was the first chef in Switzerland to have been awarded 2 stars and 18 points whilst working exclusively with local ingredients. The \u201cStadthalle\u201d pop-up restaurant in Zurich has attracted a great deal of attention, as have the two restaurants in the old town, \u201cBauernsch\u00e4nke\u201d (15 points) and \u201cNeue Taverne\u201d (1 star, 16 points), where Nenad and his teams produce contemporary vegetarian cuisine and dishes designed for sharing. With his vegetarian creations, the dynamic chef is also setting a new course for the future of fine dining in a relaxed atmosphere. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
